Add one level scoop (40 g) to 150 mL of water in a bowl. Mix well.
Microwave for 1 minute, stir, then microwave for 30 seconds. Stir again and microwave for a final 30 seconds. Let stand for 1 minute before eating.
Stovetop option: Combine with 150 mL of water in a pot, bring to a boil and simmer 2 minutes stirring continuously.
