Processing Time

Orders are packed and shipped within 1–2 business days.

Delivery Timeframes

• QLD Metro & Regional: 2–5 business days

• Interstate: 3–7 business days

• Remote areas: Up to 10 business days

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Grumpy Supps.

Change of Mind

Unopened products in original condition can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or store credit.

(Return postage is the customer’s responsibility.)

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days and we’ll replace or refund the item at no cost to you.

Health & Safety

For safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened supplements, even if only partially used.
